Frank Berta founded Craftsman Renovators nearly 20 years ago shortly after moving into the Park Hill neighborhood. As a remodeling contractor he has done every type of renovation project, from kitchens and baths to basements and two-story additions. Highly skilled, reliable and efficient, his work has been featured in past Park Hill home tours and in the former Rocky Mountain News.

His start in this business came from the confidence he gained doing projects on the houses he has owned, then neighbors and friends, and finally taking the plunge and going into business for himself.  That background gives Frank a unique understanding of how stressful major remodeling projects can be, especially kitchen remodels. Honest and forthright, Frank walks homeowners through the process, educating and alleviating homeowner anxiety as he transforms their spaces.
